At our community, our CARES values define what we expect from each other and also serve as a benchmark for measuring the work that we do and the quality of care that we provide. Our employees are extraordinary, passionate, and caring professionals who take great pride in their ability to serve in a broad range of health care services including administrative, therapeutic, and support roles. By committing to CARES, our employees hold themselves to a higher standard, which in turn ensures we stay true to our mission – to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
We will do the right thing for our residents, our co-workers and our company. We will not let our residents down. We will not let our co-workers down.
We provide a positive, enriching work environment that our team members want to be a part of and that enhances the culture of our communities.

The Mission Experience—enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. It’s what has earned many of our communities the American Health Care Association’s Bronze and Silver Quality Awards—achievements like these are what sets us apart . It’s no wonder that we are one of the top physician-recommended skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and senior living campuses in the area.
We think every day should be rich with possibilities. That’s why we offer our residents freedom of choice and the opportunity to select from a number of options and activities that offer new adventures and experiences. One of the most common questions seniors have about senior living is, “What am I going to do all day?” Seniors fear they’ll be bored or lonely when they’re at a senior care community, or that they won’t have the freedom to choose what they’ll do each day. We are here to put those worries to rest.
We offer residents a monthly calendar of events featuring activities that are designed to invigorate and enhance life.
Activities are scheduled around-the-clock so there is never a chance to feel bored. For example, the day might start off with a workout class at 10 a.m. followed by a brain-stimulating game or a round of dominos at 10:30. Then it’s off to lunch with your friends in the dining room.
Our community also organizes plenty of special events throughout the year. These may include cookouts in the summer, Mother and Fathers’ Day buffet luncheons, annual holiday parties, Sunday dinners, or a trip to the drive-in theater complete with popcorn and candy. We also encourage family and friends to participate in any of these activities.
Enjoying a great meal is part of living well. You’ll enjoy restaurant-style dining with chef-prepared meals in an elegant dining room. Each day features a delicious meal with a variety of menu options that change daily.
Our staff is very involved in the day-to-day lives of our residents, focused on providing an enriching and caring experience. Each member of our staff goes above and beyond—caring is more than a job—it’s a passion.
