Rolling Hills Health & Rehab

Enhancing the quality of life for those we serve

Community Overview

We are a leading senior nursing campus that offers short stay rehab, independent and assisted living, and skilled nursing care. We specialize in helping our residents and patients achieve the perfect combination of personal wellness, clinical and therapeutic outcomes, and social activity. Our mission? To enhance the lives of those we serve!

Exceptional Skilled Healthcare

We offer a wide range of transitional and skilled healthcare services, and work with you and your family to create a care plan that honors individual preferences and needs. Nursing care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and our rehab program offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies to help patients enhance their independence. Additionally, we also provide short-stay, long-term, respite care, and hospice services.

Comprehensive Therapeutic Rehabilitation

We offer our residents and outpatients comprehensive therapy services to help promote a fast recovery and a better quality of life. If you or someone you care for is in need of physical, occupational or speech therapy, our programs can help.

Medical Support Services

To further assist our residents, we offer access to an array of health care support services including radiology, pharmacy, and laboratory services as well as dietary and nutrition assistance.

Resident Enrichment

Whether tailored for individuals or designed with a group in mind, daily activities are an important aspect of life at our community. We encourage residents to improve their overall health and make new friends by participating in a variety of activites. Options include stimulating and therapeutic exercise classes and off-site outings to nearby restaurants or other attractions. We also host movie nights, sing-a-longs, and ice cream socials on a regular basis.

Dining & Meal Services

Nicely appointed dining rooms offer residents a comfortable, fun way to socialize and make new friends while they enjoy chef-inspired fare that can be tailored to meet dietary needs. Our dining staff is dedicated to making dining and meal services healthy and uplifting.

Worship

We offer ample opportunities for religious and spiritual enrichment including ecumenical worship services and access to spiritual care providers.

Events

We offer a full calendar of events each month. Whether it’s a movie night, a sing-a-long, ice cream social, or a performance from a special musical guest, we design our events to promote emotional and social well-being while also providing motivational support for our residents.

Volunteer Opportunities

Enhance the lives of others with your unique talents and interests.

Want to share your musical talent to help brighten the day for others? Maybe you have a knack for teaching painting or drawing or you are an excellent cribbage player. There are many opportunities for doing volunteer work at our community and turning your skill or passion into a life-enhancing experience for others. Whatever your background or age, volunteering gives you the chance to meet new people and share your talents and skills.

What Does a Volunteer Do?

As a volunteer, you share your time and talent with our patients and residents. Many options are available to you through our program.

When Can I Volunteer?

Even if you can only volunteer one hour a week, everyone involved will benefit from the generous donation of time and talent. Do mornings work best or can you come on Sunday afternoons? Great! We’ll work around your schedule.

Why Would I Want to Volunteer?

Volunteering is fulfilling and can be life-changing. You can showcase your talents while seeing firsthand the ways you’re able to enhance the lives of others.

Who Can Volunteer?

Volunteering is for anyone! We have volunteer opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds including children and their parents or grandparents, pets and their owners, clubs and groups. We do ask that a parent or adult friend accompany children under age 12.

Mission Giving

About Mission Giving

At Mission Health, we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve. While making life better for others begins with our patients, residents and their families, it extends to our caring staff and the communities in which we all work, play, and live.

Through Mission Giving, our community involvement program, we are able to extend our reach collectively and individually through three initiatives that work in concert to provide social, strategic, and financial support to individuals and organizations that share our goal in fostering strong, healthy people and communities.

Caregiving is a journey, and everyone travels a different path. Providing care to someone who is suffering from an illness can be physically and emotionally draining – that’s why we created Mission Giving’s Giving Back to Caregivers Initiative. We offer caregivers helpful resources, strategies, fun activities and support group options that not only encourage discussions about the stresses of caregiving but also celebrate the willing, supportive spirit caregivers share.

Many of Mission Health’s employees are passionate about donating or volunteering their own time to help others in their respective cities, towns and communities. This dedication to giving back is an admirable quality in the way that it enhances the lives of others. Mission Giving’s Giving Back to Neighbors Grant Initiative is designed to encourage and recognize Mission Health employees who volunteer their personal time to support a registered 501(c)(3) charity by awarding $100 grants that, if approved, will be donated to that charity on behalf of an employee.

“There is power in unity, there is power in numbers.”
– Martin Luther King, Jr.

When it comes to making a difference in the lives of others, the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Heart Association are two national health organizations that do very important work on a local, regional, and national level. We created Mission Giving’s Giving Back Together Initiative to work together as a company to champion the efforts of these organizations while creating meaningful and lasting relationships between the organizations’ chapters, our home office, and the areas in which we operate.

Award Winning Care

As a Mission Health Community, we strive to achieve, and exceed, industry standards for excellence and quality care.
